What we collect
The photograph or photographs you upload, and your email address. Nothing else. They are used to sculpt your bust and to keep you informed about your order.
How your photograph is handled
Your photograph is treated as biometric data under GDPR and Morocco's Law 09-08. It is used solely to sculpt your bust. It is never sold, never shared for any other purpose, and never used to train anything.
Consent first
Nothing is uploaded until you have given consent on the order form. You may withdraw that consent at any time before production is finished.
Retention — 30 days
Your photograph is kept for 30 days from the moment you place your order, then deleted permanently and automatically. The window exists so that we can sculpt again if the likeness has missed or your bust is damaged in transit. We keep the order record itself — reference, height, dates — so we can support and honour your purchase, but not the photograph.
Deleting it sooner
You do not have to wait 30 days. Reply to any email from us and we will delete your photograph that day. Doing so means we can no longer re-sculpt your bust, so we will confirm before acting if your order is still in production.
The object is the product
You receive images and a finished bust. The underlying model is never distributed, so your likeness stays yours.
Your rights
You may request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time by replying to your order confirmation email. We will act on it without delay.
